                                                                         Sumi Salad

Ingredients
1 shredded cabbage
3 scallions (can add other veggies: carrots, cucumbers, peppers, etc.)

Dressing

6-8 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 Packets of Ramen noodles

Toast in oven until light brown:
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (crumbled)
½ cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Handful sunflower seeds

Toss everything together before serving.
