Entrée: Steak, Chicken, and Vegetable Shish Kabobs


Prep/Cook Time: About 50 minutes


Ingredients


Chicken, Steak, Vegetables
Rub: 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon coarse salt
¾ teaspoon pepper


Coat meat with rub and slice desired amount of chicken, steak, and vegetables (e.g. peppers, tomatoes, onion) into bite sized pieces. Place on skewers and grill on direct heat approximately ten minutes per side or until chicken is thoroughly done.
