Taco Chili

Prep time: about 20-30 minutes. Total time to cook: 7-8 hours.

Ingredients

-2 pounds ground beef
-1 can (15 oz.) white hominy, drained
-1 can (15 oz.) yellow hominy, drained
-1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, drained
-1 can (14 ½ oz.) diced tomatoes, (not drained)
-1 can (10 oz.) diced Rotel-brand tomatoes, (not drained)
-1 medium onion, diced
-2 ribs celery, diced
-1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
-1 package (1 oz.) ranch seasoning mix
-Garnishes: sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole,
  White or yellow tortilla chips

Directions

Cook ground beef until completely browned. Drain grease. Combine beef and remaining ingredients (except garnishes) in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over tortilla chips and add garnishes. Serves 8-10
